I may be sick or I may be one hell of a shopper. So apparently February is when every single boot in Kohl's goes on clearance. I usually get my boots on eBay because boots are ridiculously expensive and eBay has them affordable. However, I almost died and bought the whole store when I saw what was clearanced out at Kohl's on Sunday.
